I'm Sean and I practice Rolfing® Structural Integration. 

I've studied and practiced neuromuscular therapy and massage since 2018. In 2019 Rolfing took my heart. In 2021, I attended Dr. Ida Rolf Institute.

Rolfing is a highly valuable and transformative manual therapy that truly must be experienced to be appreciated. Its effects are long-lasting, and my deep appreciation for Rolfing inspired me to embrace it as my chosen profession.

Appointments 

Appointments include time for pre- and post-session assessments.

Time of appointments is around 1hr.

Initial Appointments

Cost: $95
Time: 1hr - 1hr 15mins

Subsequent appointments

Cost: $130 

Time: 1hr - 1hr 15mins
 

Acceptable payments: Cash (preferred), card, venmo, and check

Cancellations: Please cancel or change within 24 hours of appointment
What to wear: Athletic apparel, swimsuit, briefs, if applicable a full coverage bra or loose-fitting clothing
